Letters of Confirmation can be requested for individuals who previously held MTAA membership. This letter will confirm your previous membership type, the dates in which you held this form of membership, and if any corrective action was taken against you while you held MTAA membership. Only previous Active and Inactive members can request a Letter of Confirmation. Former student members are not eligible to receive a Letter of Confirmation.
It is important to know that a Letter of Confirmation costs a fee of $25 plus GST. Within this form, you will be required to provide your payment details. The MTAA accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express. When submitting your payment details, it will not automatically charge to the credit card provided. Once our team receives your request, payment will be processed once all information has been provided.
Once our team has completed your Letter of Confirmation, we will email you a copy of it along with your receipt of payment.
Please know it can take 5 - 7 business days for our team to process your Letter of Confirmation Request.
