The next MTAA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on:

Place: Online – Zoom



Registration is now open to members for the 2026 Annual General Meeting online! Please be sure to register using the email on your MTAA member portal. If you have any questions about registering, please contact our office.


Do all MTAA members have to attend the AGMs?
No. AGM attendance is voluntary, but members are encouraged to attend! Only Active, New Active, and Inactive members have the ability to vote and can attend our AGMs. Free Student and Insured Student members are not eligible to attend.

Can MTAA members earn PD credits for attending?
Yes. Members who pre-register and attend will receive 3 primary PD credits.


Is there a fee to attend this event?
No. It is free to attend our AGMs.

What is the registration deadline?
The AGM registration deadline is January 23, 2026.
Members who do not register by the deadline cannot take part in the upcoming online event.

When will the meeting agenda and the other information be shared with MTAA members?
We will share this information in early December. Please note that this information is confidential to MTAA members only and cannot be shared.
